This is my blog about my journey to find the real me. My journey to become more healthy, to learn how to cook amazing things, to learn to love my vegetables, to learn to deal with my problems, to learn how to tell the people that I love that I really love them, and most importantly, to learn to love myself.
A little about me: I am a 6' 2", 22 year old female who is currently weighing in at about 202 pounds. Goal weight would be around 170-180 somewhere, depending on body type and muscle tone and all that. Remember it's about how you look and how you feel, not a number on the scale. When it comes to eating habits, I am both lactose and gluten intolerant. So if I post any recipes on there that I make up then they will be both gluten free and dairy free. I love to cook, so hopefully I will get some exciting recipes and things posted on here. I currently live in Montana, where I am going to school. I will be graduating in May 2012 with a degree in Exercise Science, and then going back to school for a second degree in Food and Nutrition, which I should graduate from in 2015. After that I will be doing a dietetics internship and hopefully become an RD by 2016 sometime. :) After that I want to help people on their journeys, doing training, stress relief, nutrition advice etc in some kind of health wellness setting. But first I got to get my own journey figured out, so bring it on.
